Curriculums

Overview

  1. Three levels of robotics curriculum with lesson plans, lecture slides, and robotics kits.

  2. Three robotics kits for three levels of teaching and learning.

  3. Each model consists of a basic robot kit and an extension kit for mechatronics and programming.

Level 1

Model S is for beginners without any experience in robotics.

Description: numbers and measurement, basics of robotic systems, design with TinkerCAD, manufacturing with laser cutters, working principles of sensors, motors, motor drivers, programming with Arduino Nano with C++.

Level 2

Model M is mainly designed for users who have completed level 1 or equivalent experience.

Description: fundamentals of robotic systems, design with Fusion 360 or FreeCAD, manufacturing with 3D printers, power, sensing, display servo motors, robot arm kinematics, control, programming with Arduino Uno with C++.

Level 3

Model X is mainly designed for users who have completed level 2 or equivalent experience.

Description: System engineering, requirement, design with Solidworks or Fusion 360 or FreeCAD, basic engineering analysis, advanced manufacturing methods, power distribution, advanced sensors, embedded system design, motion control, and programming with both C++ and python.
